Digital versions of the typical “event guide” providing attendees with an agenda, details of the sessions and workshops they will be attending, and also venue information. Attendees arrive at the venue where they are directed to the website and given the password.
Originally developed for quite a complex event with between five and ten sessions running at the same time. The web app allows a dynamic agenda, each user was given a colour and number (on their name badge) and was shown a different agenda depending on the colour/number selected.
The web app was re-purposed several times for different events. With content changing daily for events spanning multiple days. It was built with Jekyll using easy to update (and client friendly) markdown files.
